Problem Note 45651: "BY variables not properly sorted" error messages produced by a Statistical Drivers analysis

In SAS® Warranty Analysis, a Statistical Drivers analysis might produce the following error message if it merges data sets that are not in the proper sort sequence:
ERROR: BY variables are not properly sorted on data set WORK.STATDRIVER_ALL.
To circumvent this problem, you need to sort the data sets that are being merged prior to the merge operation.
A hot fix is being considered for this problem.
